April is a big month for Sojourn music. To kick of the excitement, we’re happy to announce the CD release of the Jamie Barnes / Brooks Ritter split record. Today is the long-awaited release day for the new Sojourn Music worship album — actually two EPs featuring East Campus Worship Director Jamie Barnes (a 5-song EP called The Mercy Seat) and Midtown Campus Worship Director Brooks Ritter (a 5-song EP called The War). Video Preview: New Sojourn Split-EP Worship Project: The War & The Mercy Seat
The wait is almost over. This Saturday at The 930 Art Center in Louisville, Sojourn Music will hold a Release Party for our first new worship project since 2009: two EPs featuring East Campus Worship Director Jamie Barnes and Midtown Campus Worship Director Brooks Ritter. Sneak Preview Of Two Songs From New Sojourn CD & Interview With Brooks Ritter/Jamie Barnes
Sojourn Music is releasing ten new songs online February 22. Sojourners and others in Louisville can hear it sooner, at our Release Party on Saturday, Feb. 19 at The 930 Art Center. This double-EP project features five songs from East Campus Worship Director Jamie Barnes on an EP called The Mercy Seat and five songs by Midtown Campus Worship Director Brooks Ritter on an EP called The War.
