Sojourn at CICW Worship Symposium 2010

It’s almost time for the yearly Worship Symposium hosted by the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  I will be a part of the biggest contingent yet of Sojourn Music members to take part in the Symposium, from January 28-30.  So what’s it all mean?

  • A few Sojourn musicians are slated to help lead worship
  • Pastor Mike Cosper will participate on two panel discussions (Models for Coordinating Weekly Worship and What Does it Take to Plant a Church)
  • Sojourn worship leaders will be taking in many of the workshops and lectures, attending worship services and making friends with those of you who come.
  • I’ll blog about many aspects of this three-day event.  I’ll also be extensively tweeting the ’10 Symposium, using the #wsmp10 hashtag.  Follow me on Twitter @bobbygilles. I’ll include many of these Tweets on Facebook as well (facebook.com/bobbygilles).  These updates will include text, audio, video and photos at various times.

If you’ll be attending this event, let me know.  If you’re on Twitter, be sure to use the #wsymp10 hashtag in your posts.

I’m a senior at Calvin and also work at our chapel. I’ll be doing a lot at the Symposium and I’m really looking forward to Sojourn’s contributions. I think I’m actually a room host for Mike Cosper’s sessions. I love what you guys are doing in Louisville and I’m looking forward to connecting at the conference!
