This is a great record… fantastic job.
Well done! To quote the person who recommended this collection to me “Christmas music that doesn’t make you want to jab yourself in the eye with a candy cane!”
Thanks Chris!
Kitti, thanks to you as well. Among other things, we were aiming for a record that wouldn’t cause an increase in self-inflicted candy cane violence. We’ve all been there before, and it hurts — both the eye jab and the bad Christmas music. So it’s nice to know that we didn’t put you through any pain.
No sheet for What Child Is This?
Sorry Josh — we’re working on it. The dude that arranged “What Child Is This” is incognito somewhere on vacation.
So is the dude that arranged “What Child Is This” back from vacations yet?
good stuff! i think i will teach the “Emmanuel” one to our church this week! or maybe mic up the old banjo and try the first track– those are my two favourites. it’s all good though– thanks.
Josh, Dave, and many others who have emailed: the “What Child Is This” chord sheet is up now. Sorry for the holdup.
Mike, thanks!
Amen Amen! Great song as are all the others…

To everyone involved in making this record… WOW!
Thanks so much! I have been listening to it so much over the past
few days… LOVE IT! Especially love the Joy To The World… That
intro is incredibly beautiful… We are doing O come All Ye Faithful
this weekend at church.
Thank you!
Hey Guys, I play bass in a worship band at one of the Mars Hill Church Campuses in Seattle, Wa. And we did ‘What Child is This?’ for one of our Christmas tunes this year…I just wanted to say thanks for that Awesome arrangement, it’s beautiful. Also, who sings on that track? Her voice is amazing, and what other songs does she sing on?
Thanks Dave! The vocalist is Kate Robins. She also sings “Reveal Your Love” and “May Your Power Rest On Me” on our Over The Grave record, and “Evergreen” on our Before The Throne. She and her husband Neil also record and tour as the rock band Dirt Poor Robins. They have a CD called The Cage, and are about to release a new one called Last Days of Leviathan.
Thank you. I will enjoy having these for advent season, and to share it with my Christian family.
Must just echo everything said already… I’ve used (using!) a number of your tunes at my church – Glory Be, O Come Let Us Adore Him, God is With Us. God has and is blessing your ministry… keep praising the One Who has come and is to come. May He come again soon!
