Touring Sojourn’s Future Recording Studio And Worship Arts Office Space

Sojourn Music is on the move.  We’re building a recording studio complete with ProTools setup on the third floor of Sojourn’s home, The 930 Art Center.  The room will include new office space for worship arts pastor Mike Cosper. We’re in the beginning stages now.  In fact, a few days ago I took my trusty Flip Mino camcorder to the future Sojourn Music wing to capture some “before” footage for you and to interview worship arts pastoral assistant Jamie Barnes before joining a volunteer team that was painting and sweeping the area.

Jamie gave me an excellent “tour” of the room, pointing out where equipment would go, what the studio would be used for, and what it means for you, sojournmusic.com readers, in terms of more music.  I’ve archived this four minute video on the fan page of Sojourn Music’s Facebook home (you can reach this page anytime from the Helpful Links section of sojournmusic.com).  The video is also archived on my personal Facebook page.

I will post more video and have additional information for you once the work is complete, Mike is in his new digs, and the studio is ready to capture the sounds of Sojourn.
