The man himself.  Jamie’s lecture focused on lyric writing.  We’ll talk in-depth about that in the near future right here on sojournmusic.com.

At one point, Jamie had us break into small groups to do a writing exercise.

The group exercise was part of a study on metaphor.

This would have been the photo that showed us all joining hands to sing “Kum Ba Ya” but I couldn’t get anyone to pay attention.  Next time.
